Work with me

Close-up of a red poppy flower with black spots in the center, surrounded by small white daisies with yellow centers, and green foliage.

I help charitable, community, statutory and private sector organisations connect people and places with nature — through project development, funding, and evaluation.

Whether you're developing a new nature-based programme, trying to secure funding for existing work, wanting to understand your impact more clearly, or thinking about how nature connection fits into your spaces and services — I can help.

If you’re interested to work together I'd love to hear from you.

What I offer

Project and programme development

From initial idea to funded, deliverable programme. I help organisations research the need, build the evidence base, develop a theory of change, co-design with stakeholders and participants, identify the right partners, and plan for delivery and evaluation. I've done this across mental health and wellbeing, employment, gender equality, community development, and increasingly, nature-based programmes.

Monitoring, evaluation, and impact

Evaluation framework design, theory of change development, monitoring system design, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and impact reporting. I bring the rigour of international development evaluation methodology to domestic charity and social enterprise contexts — and translate what the evidence shows into something funders and commissioners can act on.

Bid writing and fundraising strategy

Funding applications across statutory, lottery, trust, and corporate funders — with a track record of successful bids into DHSC, MoJ, OHID, NHS, local authorities, National Lottery, Children in Need, Energy Redress, Scottish Power, and charitable trust programmes. I also offer funding strategy development, funder research, bid toolkit development, bid quality review, and bid writing training for your team.

Social value and procurement

Helping organisations develop their social value strategy and engage local VCSE organisations as genuine delivery partners. Supporting charities and social enterprises to articulate their social value in the language that procurement teams understand, and to position themselves for private sector partnerships and contracts.
